Tiny Spots On Hands! - HELP ME

What is this?! I just looked down at the back of my hand just above my wrist/arm and theres tiny spots just visible and they're on the other hand but not so many, and they feel prickly and itchy, i havnt used anything what i'd be allergic to and im REALLY frightened. What could this be? They just look like tiny pink/redish bumps they have spread to the bottom of my thumb.

HELP ME PLEASE.

It could be heat rash or maybe you have touched something in the garden. My son had a similar rash on his hands yesterday when he had been playing in some fir trees.

If it is itchy and prickly, it is likely to just be a slight allergic reaction to something that is very localised. It will probably be gone by tomorrow. You can try taking antihistamines like piriton or similar but I don't think it is anything to worry about. :)
