I like "Self Help For Your Nerves" personally but it very much depends on what stage YOU are at. This book explains the mechanism of how you can descend quite well I think.
However, if you are fully aware of this then "Hope and Help......" may be better as it deals with things a bit further on. It has alot of stuff where she answers questions from subscribers to her journal if I remeber correctly.
Don't know if that helps much?

Cheers,
Trev

Essential help for the nerves is the latest and it has both her books combined, this is realy good and Tygwen has put this book on E-bay. at http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8376699507&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

or PM her and ask her if she would like to sell you it. I have had this book for ages and its really good. this is where its posted I've just listed a couple of books on Ebay (http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=7370)

Take care. Vernon

Why go through 3rd paries? Go to:
http://www.claireweekes.com.au/products-CDs.html
They're the sole distributors, so unless people are selling used copies at steep discounts please don't pay over 30 dollars for what you could order directly from her heirs.
Hope this helps, it has helped me.
