I am taking .25 mg of Ativan twice a day and a very small amount of a beta blocker (15 mg ER) in the evening.
For some reason when I take the second ativan, I can get really spacey. Do any of you that take a small amount of benzodiazepines get this way?
I think it was a panic attack. I went down to check on my Mom down the road, who has some health problems and I always get anxious there. I had taken a .25 mg of ativan about a half an hour before then. When I was there I was really spacey (feelings of unreality) - I was standing, talking to my brother and then started to feel a little faint, then got panicky, pulse went up, so then just left and came home. It's very upsetting, because I am now scared because of that faint feeling. Do other people have this?
