Hey im so scared that I have cancer as lately I seem to be getting aches in my ankles and wrists which I used to only get when I'm tired now I get it most nights. I also get acid reflux a bit at night. Any ideas? Could this be cancer?

Louise, I am getting this all the time lately, I am also getting it in my other joints. Aimeekid very kindly sent me a list of anxiety symptons which was of great help. I have to agree with Aimee too that I do not realise when I am tensing now either.

I went to my dentist yesterday as I have been getting severe gum bleeding and she put this down to stress. Amazing how the body reacts.
