panick attacks and depression and anxiety

hello am new to this site just wanted to say i am suffering from the above and on 45mg mirtizipaine and 5mg 3 times daily of diazapam was on 30mg of mirtizipane after two wks have gone up to 45 mg been on 45 mg for just over 1 wk now but not having much effect at the moment was wondering how long will it take to have a effect feeling very low at the moment

Hi Shell welcome to the site, it really is a god send id be lost without it, i dont know about your medication and how long it will take to work but someone on here will and will come along with the answer you need alternatively check out the anxiety forum and see if someone else has asked about it before xx

hi amanda thanks for ur reply will check out the forums have been looking at this website for a while and have finally found the courage to join i really want to get to some sort of normality back into my life and hope this site helps
