Hi I am 54 and I am having realy bad panic attacks and feel like I am trembling inside. Everytime I go to the Doctors My blood preasure is high They tell me to take it at home but i am scared to incase its still high then i will panic.I had some blood test taken and get my results today.
I am convinced I am gonna have a heart attack.
My mum is in Hospital been there three weeks she has dementa and other problems, she use to be the only person I could tell my troubles to but know I cant. I also suffer from ocd and have a fear of germs so I hate Hospitals and Doctors. I feel so alone even though I have a loving family they are so fed up of me I know.
I just wish I could sort myself out.
I just need someone who understands.
