So, on Monday I ended up going to the walk-in clinic because I thought I was having a heart attack. They said I was fine, but referred me to a gstro. dr. Then that dr. said I was fine. Since then I feel like I am on the verge of having a panic attack. Yesterday I think I had my first real panic attack, a pain in my chest and left arm. But I know it was not a heart attack because the doctors checked for that on Monday. Today though I cant seem to get ride of a tingling in my neck and a pain in chest and (mainly) my shoulder. I think I an on the verge on another panic attack, and I can't seem to control it. I am at work right now. Any advice on how to calm down and get ride of the feelings? Please help.

deep breathing, using your diaphragm, so that you are not breathing with your chest, breath with your belly. loosen your muscles while u do it. have some kind of mantra in your head ''it's only a panic attack, it will pass, just breath deeply and slowly, and it will pass''.
