flying with agoraphobia

i have had agoraphobia since october, i just turned 17 and tomorrow i will be flying to poland, and if thats not bad, i will also be stopping over denmark (flight transfer stop over etc etc)

what on earth will i do? my family dont understand my problem, neither my few friends. im extremely scared, please help.

im really sweating about tomorrow.
