Is it normal for your heart to beat harder rather than faster? My heart never ever races, infact it only ever speeds up a tiny bit when im anxious, but recently i notice/feel my heart kinda pounding if u see what i mean.. not going fast, going the exact same speed as normal, but if i look at my chest when its doin it, it is really pushing out of my chest.. and i only have to put my hand gently onto my chest and it literally is pushing against my hand.. is this normal??? Ive never had it really really hard like this before..
Ive had 8 or 9 ECG's in 5 months, all normal. I get heart flutters and chest pain too..
