I am just having such a hard time lately. I went off of the Klonopin and switch back to the Ativan because the Klonopin was making my mouth water too much. I am always feeling gaggy lately and have continued to lose weight which scares me.
Has anyone ever been on Serax? A benzodiazepine? I was on it 30 some years ago when I had the panic disorder really bad. I took 10 mg, three times a day. I was on it for a fairly long time (months) - but then, tapered off of it when I felt better. I am just wondering if I should try that? I can not handle the SSRI's.
I just feel desperate that I need to get control of this anxiety - because I am a little agoraphobic also and am on a leave from work. I just get so scared with the gagging - I get scared I won't stop and then I get panicky. It helps a little to get my mind off of it, but I am not eating enough.
Please help.
