male cloudy urine advice

this one is a odd one.

whenever i pee in public, it's cloudy.

but when i pee at home it's not cloudy

please any advice
will be welcomed

bleach in the water can make it go cloudy when you pee in it. i know, as i use bleach in my toilet at home and it happens. :o)
