Tremor

Feel like i have a tremor in my right arm and hand, but its not shaking and is still.
Im sure this is stress as i have been so upset over joint and knee pains, but it does feel odd.
My life feels like an endless circle of stress and despair , its soo hard to cope..

Hey pb. I'm stuck in the same vicious little circle! We hurt cuz we worry then we worry cuz we hurt :(

I have a lot of arm symptoms except mine are in my left arm. It aches, goes numb, pins and needles, gets shooting pains everything! I've started to notice I put a lot of strain on my left arm though as I'm left handed, I lean on it, sleep on it, hold books and my ds at a weird angle with it everything! As my muscles are tense anway due to the anx I guess my left arms getting more strain than it usually would, maybe the case is the same for you and your right arm/hand? Hope this helped a little bit xxx
