Just a word of caution, this list is taken from a site that is trying to sell you something. Be wary of any anxiety sites that seem to offer help but want to take your money. This list is so inclusive that almost anyone and everyone can fall into this category, which is turn is more people to profit from. A bigger "net" if you will.

Ninja, I am a member of anxietycentre and yes they do charge a membership fee but for me in my currency it was only 20 euros. For this you get a years membership and access to the most indept information on anxiety and how to help yourself. I will honestly say that I have not yet come across or bought a book with as much info in it, plus the forum is there should you need to ask other members a question and there is a new skype section where members ring in and talk to Jim Folk himself and he could spend up to an hour giving them advice for free.
So while I agree that you should always be wary of sites that charge ie. the linden method (unfortunately I fell victim to this) I can vouch personally for anxietycentre.com. It is totally worth the 20 euros I spent.

Rachael

Of all the things it has listed, it hasn't got mouth ulcers, which I am told is a common anxiety symptom :-| ?
