hi there. does anybody suffer with hot flushes in tghe night.. i have been on 10mg of citrolapan for a month now, and it seems to have helped with having a full blown panic attack, but still having liitle ones, which are not to bad..

Panic and anxiety can make your body temperature go up and down (like a yoyo in my personal experience!) so your definatley not alone with that one. Glad your not experiencing full blown panic attacks and feeling better :) hope it stays that way for you xx

Hey Susy, I'm glad you brought this up, I am always warm at night which gives me trouble sleeping, especially the night before I start work, which can be tied into some of my anxiety. I have to keep my fan on full blast. I'm on citalopram as well, 10mg, it has helped with my depression, but I only started getting the panic attacks recently. I don't blame the citalopram I just blame the depression. But yeah, thanks for sharing.
