Nasel congestion - advice ASAP please!

Hey I have really bad nasel congestion in one of my nostrils to the extent I can hardly breath through it. Any ideas what this is? Could it be a tumour, I've had this quite a while but only just starting to worry and freak out. Any advice?

I've also had this for a while, being this time of year my Gp thinks its an allergy/hay fever & has given me a nasal spray which is working well. I would be worth talking to you GP about it just to give you peace of mind.

Nasonex is great for this. So are neti pots. It's definitely not a tumor. This is very common.
