Hello i am new

Hi

I'm Luke, i am 27 years old and i have suffered with panic attacks and anxiety since 2001.

I suffer from acute anxiety and i am constantly worrying. Also i have many phobias including emetophobia, fear of choking, dental phobia, fear of medication side affects and many others.

I am hoping to talk to fellow sufferers, find some support and maybe find some helpful techniques. Also it would be nice to make some new friends along the way.
