weird breathing thing

for the last 4 days iv been quite breathless. Iv had my oxygen levels dun n my blood pressure dun both wer fine. But every now n again i get this horrible feelin like i cnt talk coz no airs cumin out it only lasts a few seconds.haz anybody else ever felt this? I really am so so worried! hanna xxxx

I get this a lot it's a horrible feeling, I feel I haven't the breath to talk. I believe that muscle tension can cause this also wind ( I burp a lot) not sure how wind can affect breathing but that is what my physio tells me. I do get this quite often and it frightens me, I've been to the doctors and a&e with this problem only to be told same old thing anxiety.

it really iz horrible.an so worried iv got sum heart problem..can wind make u breathles coz i hav been burping quite abit?
