Hi all ,
I am 44 old Mum of 2 from Herts, a bit of a perfectionist which does not help, need to spend more time chilling than doing
I thought i had this solved after an episode 5 years ago and two years of work
Bizarre as it seems this latest plunge back in to the depths of hell, was started by going on the Cambridge diet (no carbs no seratonin)...3 weeks in to the diet i was experiencing full blown GAD, coming off the diet did not help and eventually after a few weeks i had to return to the doc , this time prescribed Cipralex. its day 6, things are not getting any better but so far no worse.
