wot else cud cause ur hands to tingle coz mine r tingly but i really dnt think im hyperventilating my breathin seems normal n my pulse isnt fast x x

Anxiety alone can make your hands and feet feel cold. Sometimes a pinched nerve. Nothing to worry about. I think sometimes people hyperventilate on a mild level and they don't even know it.

Its definately another horrible stmptom of anxiety, ive had it before....x
