Lump in neck and worried stiff

I have had a pain in the left hand side of my neck since december. I also feel like a pill is stuck in the left hand side of my throat a lot of the time. Had throat checked out by ENT and they said it was normal. My neck is really sore now though and on Sat night I felt a lump in it. Not there on other side. I really want to see the doc but feel so bad as only went last week about breast (my hypochondria is through roof)!

What is this??? What should I do???? I am so afraid :weep:
