hi there.
ive just joined this chat forum. the samaritan hotline recommended me this chat forum.
i'm experiencing alot of panic attacks and feeling detached from my surroundings. Ive posted my concerns in the panic attacks section of the forum. if you would give me some feedback i would appreciate this. :)

Hi and :welcome:to NMP ..No you arent Nuts lol ..It sounds like you are experiencing derealisation /depersonalisation ,Caused by sensitized nerves . Im sure you will find lots of tips and support here ,pleased to meet you .Sue x
