Anyway thought I was gradually getting better but now just read something on the Internet thats truely terrifying help.:weep:

Hi, hope you are ok, we all suffer set backs at times, I'm having an off day myself.
Try to relax & think of all the positive things & how you feel when you are having a good day x

Whilst being positive is a great benefit for someone who is attempting to get past anxiety, i always believe we have enough thoughts in the day to play the 'what happens if...' game where in your mind you put yourself in scenarios where things dont quite work out, HOWEVER you work through it so you come out the other side having worked through it.

Businesses do this, sports people do this, i see no reason why people cant do this. But seeing yourself overcoming adversity it builds a mindset where you can enjoy the good times and overcome the bad time because adversity is part of life, you cant see the good times unless you have bad times to compare it to.
