I'm glad I found this place. I have read through a lot of the posts here and it's kind of comforting knowing I am not alone! My GP is treating me for tension headache. Must say, I had no idea I felt under that much stress! My head feels fit to explode at times, especially in the early morning hours. One would think, being tucked up comfortably in bed, the headache and pressure wouldn't be so evident!
I get the headache, dizziness and tight band most days. I am waiting an appointment with a neurologist to rule out other problems, but having read this forum, I'm now convinced it IS TH! It's taken me a while to accept that I can feel so dreadful, and not be seriously ill!! I have still to learn to control the dizziness while out and about...
