criticism, blame and social anxiety

My name is Meg Walter and I'm researching how self-blame contributes to social anxiety.

I could really use some help collecting data. All you would have to do is complete an online questionnaire. Your responses will be completely anonymous and confidential - you dont have to give your name and there will be no way that I can work out who filled it out.

The questionnaire wont take long to complete.... it shouldnt take more than 20 mins.
