Hi Gang,
It's been 4 weeks as of yesterday, so far the citalopram trip has been a extreme anxiety, insomnia nightmare. Thanks to many of you over the weeks supporting me to stay with it I still am. I'm wondering if you could respond to comfirm that I may be on my way to relief.
As of Tuesday my anxiety level went from a 9 or 10 to more like a 3 to 5 level. Also I have still been walking up at 3 am or so but over the last same days am able to get back to sleep. Feeling more rested and less anxious and actually smiling a bit and laughing.
Can I safely assume that it's starting to kick in and I'm on my way????
