For the past 2 days I have been getting pains in my back. About a month ago I put my lower back muscles into Spasm on the Wii Fit, but now my whole back is affected.
I'm pretty scared about it and cant see my GP until tomorrow (after 2 failed attempts at getting an appointment), I have tramadol for when I did the lower back in, but it takes the pain away for a slight period of time.
I also have tremendus pain in my left elbow, it has been sore on and off since I fell before xmas last year. But recently it has been in contstant pain and I highly doubt my GP will look at it as I have to go to A&E for minor injuries now, but I have been twice and they have done nothing. I feel that my GP will do better as he knows of my HA, when I bend and straighten my arm I can hear grinding and crunching in my elbow, WTF is that all about?.
I was going so well with my anx and for all this to happen in one go has brought me back :(.
