just thought id post this after suffering solid attacks for the past two months(and ongoing for over 6), struggling to cope with work, all the usual joys of losing independance that coping with panic attacks brings, and generally feeling at my wits end dealing with it all. there is hope out there, today i managed to go out, get my hair cut, do some clothes shopping (on the busiest retail streets no less!) and get chatted up lol.
the new medication is helping and hopefully i will now have more days like this, independance is soo much better after losing it. i hope other people manage to see the good days when they come
