Can anxiety cause back and side pain on both sides,pain under boob,loose stools,pain when i breath?

Take it from me anxiety can cause almost any side effects it wants to,,,,lots on here can tell you that. Looking at what you have put above,,,i would say most can be caused by anxiety. But you should always go and get checked out by a Dr hun just for safe mind,,,have you been to Dr's?
The best thing is to try not to worry about things to much,,,,few months back i would worry about everything, and that just makes you ill in itself...

I know my aunties death last week triggered everything off and now i have pains everywhere i feel like all my organs are packing in.It hurts when i breath in my side and both sides and in the front under my boob. The doc gave me diazapam yesterday and i took one last night but i still woke up at 5 this morning with anxiety feelings in my stomach and panic.
