I am taking ativan .75 or 1 mg in the morning, and then 6 or so hours later I take a .5 mg. Usually in the morning, I get kind of lightheaded (which can happen anytime) and I get some feelings of unreality and then with the medicine I can get kind of fuzzy feeling. How can I tell which is the medicine and which is the nerves? If the medicine does this, then the medicine almost gives me a panic attack. I hate that feeling of a fuzzy brain. But I also know I need a little medicine in the morning. If I drop it down to .5 mg, I can still get a little fuzzy, but then it doesn't always take care of the anxiety. I wish I didn't need the medicine because then I would know it was just the nerves and it will go away.
