Cipralex v Lexapro

Hi there,

I know they're the same drug, but i'm on lexapro and was able to buy some cipralex in Spain for half the price. Is it ok to go between the two?

The only difference is the name
Here in Oz they're Lexapro - in the UK Cipralex.
