Hello All,

Im a 27 yr old Emetophobe with anxiety disorder (phobic) and subsequently bouts of depression. This is the 3rd time in my life I have battled with this so I have a lot of advice and tips for others who are frightened and in need of someone to talk too. Im very glad I found this site to both get and give help.

The best thing that happened to me at the height of my panic was finding this site. There were times I thought I wouldn't get through it but always had this site and the people on here to turn to. It has been absolutely brilliant for me and I hope it is for you.
