Been doing so well but now..

i have been doing so well.... apart from my eye is still weird but not too bad..
anyway i am going back into the anxiety circle of hell :( but im starting to think it everytime i am due on my period... is there any reason for this.. and can this actually happen?

possibly hormones fluctuating ? Makes me fruity loopy every time and HA worse .
