wheezy chest

Hiya every one!

Ive gone to bed and when i breathed in it felt like my chest is wheezy it feels like I need to cough alot! not the first time ive had this! Been looking up on line and wish i never :( has any one else experience this! im praying its just my anxiety x

Yes I get this quite often, mine is most times anxiety, do you suffer with hayfever at all as I find mine is worse in the evening when the pollen is settling down x
