Relapse - again?

How many can one person have?

Since my operation (which for 8 weeks beforehand i was doing REALLY well), i have been filled with panic/anxiety/fear AND to top it off, self loathing.

I felt awful for a week to ten days after and now i am feeling better in myself, i am left with the feeling of dread and doom, racing heart and basically being as scared as one person can be.

I can't cope mentally with another relapse.

I've been going up and down like a yoyo lately too. First hit was over christmas and just as I had picked myself up, I went back down again. Its happened a few times since then :(
All I can say is. It might feel like you cant cope, but you will.
I have no idea why this happens and I understand how scary it is.
Try to minimise its impact by taking care of yourself.
