Constantly tired

Hi all!

So I am suffering at the moment from being just constantly tired. My body feels great, feels awake but my eyes just feel tired and exhausted.

I feel like I am getting enough sleep but then I wake up and get on with it and then just become exhausted.

I do spend a lot of time infront of the computer so perhaps this is just taking a toll now ...

It is just more frustrating more than anything, it isn't worrying me but I just dont have any tricks of the trade to snap myself out of it.

Any advice guys?

i also have close to to energy, if i sit still for a bit i just want to fall alseep, i find it i keep myself busy my energy level is fine, its only when im sitting around like you said on the computer :)
