I have been feeling very cold and shaky the last couple of weeks i went to my Dr becuase i had a water infection and he said there were ketones in my urine! he sent a smaple of urine off but it came back normal to infection! he said i felt shaky becuase i was dehydrated? and i need to drink loads which i have been doing,but i am still feeling rubbish,this constant feeling of been shaky and cold.

Any ideas.

I find the shaky ,cold feeling is part and parcel of my anxiety. When my anxiety levels get higher I can have that feeling most of the day.. I am though also affected with that feeling when the weather is cold,windy.
