help needed on spots

i got a dead spot with a bruising round it

and blood spot on my shoulder

is this skin cancer?

any help please

I have had spots before that have caused bruising and have left a mark, and i have lots of little blood spots that are called cherry Angioma, and are harmless.

They are permanent, i have had mine for years. x

These spots are also called campbell de morgan spots according to my Dr and thats the term Drs use - they are permanent and harmless I am covered in them from pin pricks to 3 mm size.

Ive got a few aswell, mainly from when I squeezed a spot and thats what I was left with! Oops!
