Can anyone tell me the difference between Diazepam and Benzodiazepam?

Benzodiazepine is a type of medication that include diazepam itself, lorazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, bromazepam and many others.
Just like ssri is the type of medication that include seroxat , prozac , etc..
