Question ~ Temazepam

Hi

Having not slept for a few nights i decided to take 30mg of Temazepam instead of my normal 20mg ~ now i'm worried:ohmy: I wish i hadn't taken more than i should have:ohmy:

Has anyone taken this amount and had no problems?

I be grateful for any input.

I have just looked up the Temaxepam website and you can get tablets in 30mg so if they are available at that dose I should think you will be OK having had a long sleep.
