Does anyone know what causes a ache in middle left of your back after you eat? I also am nauseas and have diarrhea and tired. can this be anxiety and stress?

Does it happen every time you eat, or only whilst youve had an upset stomach?

Its only started since i have had a bad bout of anxiety and stress due to a family bereavement but i keep thinking its something else sinister.
