Has anyone ever crossed over from Citalopram to Sertralineby reducing one and commencing the other at the same time rather than reducing and stopping before commencing. I am having a hard time coming off Citalopram and want to get going with the replacement. Don`t trust GP as he told me to come off seroxat in two weeks and it was dreadful.
