self harm

Hi all.
I have just read thru the self harm entry in the health worries section.
I was a bit shocked to find that I had been doing it without knowing what it was. My problem was plucking all my facial hair out, even my nasal hair , yes I still do it occasionally .but its just my eyebrows and chin (hormonal I might add) but my left eyebrow has not grown back! so another lesson learned.

I pull my long eye brows out, pluck my nose and eye hair - sorry, haha, but I don`t think I am self harming. It`s more for vanity.

hiya Mightypc.
It was my nasalhairs that did me . I would do those wen no one was about tho. even now if I am sitting inthe lounge I usually have tweezers close by or in my hand!!
