feeling cold

I have started to feel cold all the time and i keep feeling nausea,i feel like there is a lot of phlegm at the back of my throat.

Any ideas :)

if you suffer with anxiety this is one off the symtoms it feels like a cold chill and yet it can be warm you cant seem to get warm,i have this too
