Tinnitus........ Side effect??

I've been taking citalopram just over a week and the side effects have all but dissapeared (thank god) BUT I seem to have developed a buzzing in my ears! Could this be a side effect? Anyone experienced it?

I had this too with citalopram if it doesn't wear off after a few weeks and its bothering you you may need to try a different one. How is your anxiety, because my tinnitus was mainly the anxiety, and i become quite focused on it, as my anxiety calmed down so did the tinnitus.
