Strange Throat Sensation

I have a feeling at back left of throat which feels strange . It doesnt hurt, I can eat and drink. Ive been having some ear popping, crackling,echoey lately.Could it be related?
Also when I gently stroke the soft tissue above left of collarbone it eases the throat feeling ?
My anx has been very high recently.. Any ideas anyone ?

It sounds like an ear infection that is draining into the throat. The popping you hear is the infection clogging your ears. I think antibiotics would be in order.
