help on shin bruise

i got 2 bruise's on my shin am worrying as i dont know how i could have done it

is it normal to bruise easy in this area?

Yes it is ,the skin is thin in that area .Im always getting bruises in my legs somewhere ,Even the fleshy parts and I hardly ever remember how I got them .:doh:. Hope that helps .Im sure they will go soon .Witch hazel is excellent for bruising .btw ..luv Sue x

Hey! I think this might be the area on me that has the most bruises, I dont know why either. I never know how I get my bruises but they always appear somehow...Dont worry your fine :)
