just starting this post as a kind of fresh start in beating my health anxiety.
I have had a major relapse and suffering badly. It came about by checking for lumps on my neck after thinking I had seen one in the mirror.
Because of this I have restarted on citalopram 1omg and booked to see a psychologist who deals with health anxiety. So basically I will be keeping a log on my progress on here until I am fully recovered and in a position to help others.
