Hi Charlotte
Welcome aboard.
Yep all very common things I am afraid to stay.
Look on the main website at www.nomorepanic.co.uk and look at the symptoms page, the first steps page and the How to cope one. These will all help.

Thanks!
its really hard to believe that this is just anxiety! as it feels like there is something more to it! :( its horrible!
it only started since i moved out of my parents house!
just wish it would leave me alone so i can get on with my life!
Hi and welcome to the forum, yes it sounds like anxiety, have you had any advice, any CBT or anything, worth a try if not, take care.xxx

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
