Hi Charlotte

Welcome aboard.

Yep all very common things I am afraid to stay.

Look on the main website at www.nomorepanic.co.uk and look at the symptoms page, the first steps page and the How to cope one. These will all help.

it only started since i moved out of my parents house!

Hi and welcome to the forum, yes it sounds like anxiety, have you had any advice, any CBT or anything, worth a try if not, take care.xxx
