St John's Wort & Camomile Tea

Is it ok to take St John's Wort whilst also taking Camomile tea?

I'v tried doing google searches but have found such little info on the subject.

They both can cause hormone disturbance s ..So it would be a good idea to try one at a time to start with .Always check that herbs are suited to you before you start taking them .If you were pregnant Chamomile can cause uterine bleeding,St johns wort is the same .. Sue

Hi there,

Yes they are not dangerous in combination.
I've been taking them simultaneously for several months now under the instruction of a qualified herbalist and have suffered no side effects.
